The only one here with a Windows app whose window never appears in a screen share or screenshot, plus a clipboard mode that puts nothing on the page. 5 free answers, then $7.99 a week or $19.99 a month. Try it free.
Double-click a question and the answer appears. Starts at $0.99 for three days, then renews at $9.99 a week or $19.99 a month. Chrome extension only.
Same double-click idea, with weekly ($9), monthly ($19), yearly ($129) and one-time lifetime ($149) options. Paid from the first answer.
Listed on the Chrome Web Store, auto-detects questions on supported sites and has a screenshot shortcut. Paid tiers are billed yearly, from $64.99 a year.
The browser side panel is not part of a shared tab, so Hidio's side panel stays off the stream. Anything drawn inside the page itself is shared with it.
Everything inside the browser window is captured, extensions included. Hidio's clipboard mode draws nothing: you double-click, the answer goes to your clipboard, and you paste it yourself.
Press Alt+Shift+S and the answer appears in a small window that Windows leaves out of every screen share, recording and screenshot, even full-screen. People in the room or a camera pointed at your screen can still see it. Get the Windows app.
For most students it is Hidio: 5 free answers with no card, then $7.99 a week or $19.99 a month, answers by double-click or Alt+Shift+S, and a clipboard mode that draws nothing on the page. If you need yearly or lifetime billing, ExamClutch and QuizSolver offer it.
Anything an extension draws in the browser can show up when you share your whole screen or window. When you share a single tab, the browser side panel is not part of it. Hidio's clipboard mode draws nothing at all, and the Hidio Windows app keeps its window out of every screen share and screenshot, including full-screen sharing.
Hidio gives 5 full answers free with no card. QuizSolver has a free plan with limits. CheatMate starts with a $0.99 trial that renews into a paid plan, and ExamClutch is paid from the start.
Hidio reads the question the way you see it on screen, so it works on Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace, Moodle, Google Forms, McGraw Hill Connect, Pearson MyLab, WebAssign and PDFs open in Chrome. CheatMate and ExamClutch list Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace, McGraw Hill, Schoology, Google Classroom, Moodle and IXL.
5 free answers. No card needed.
