• Cancel any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and won't renew.
• Charged by mistake? If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend and haven't used Hidio since, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
• Something not working? Email support@hidio.app with the details and we'll make it right.
