What we collect

• Account: your email address, your plan and how many answers you've used.
• Questions: when you ask for an answer, the extension sends a screenshot of the visible part of the current tab and the text near where you clicked. We use it only to produce your answer and do not store the screenshot after the answer is returned.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan status, never your card number.
• Website analytics: anonymous page-view statistics without cookies.

What the extension does

The extension reads a page only when you double-click a question, press the Hidio shortcut or click "Answer this page". It does not read your browsing history and does not run in the background on its own.

How we use it

To sign you in, answer your questions, run your subscription and keep the service working. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that run the service for us (hosting, email delivery, payment processing and the AI model that reads your screenshot), under their own privacy terms.
